Founded in 1992, the CDC Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, GA, that supports the work of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through advocation, partnerships, and funding to address public health challenges within the United States and around the world. The CDCF has dedicated itself to enhancing the CDC's ability to respond to health threats, improve public health outcomes, and advance scientific research by connecting the CDC with private sector partners, foundations, and other organizations to provide funding and expertise. In turn, this funding helps to support public health programs in areas such as disease prevention, global healthcare accessibility, and food security.
Through Seed Factory, an incredible marketing agency based in Atlanta and Los Angeles, I’ve collaborated on and independently designed a variety of collateral for the CDC Foundation, including social media posts, one-page brochures, and extensive reports.
